Meet Sarah

Hi there! I’m Sarah E. Burr, a cozy mystery author who’s been dreaming of solving whodunits since my childhood in Appleton, Maine—Nancy Drew was (and always will be) my hero! When corporate life didn’t deliver any real-life crime scenes, I swapped my healthcare tech career for writing mysteries of my own, and I’ve been crafting twisty tales ever since.

I’m a proud Sisters in Crime member and co-host of The Bookish Hour and A Bookish Moment, where I chat about all things writing with fellow authors. When I’m not plotting my next cozy caper, you’ll find me belting show tunes, playing video games with my husband, or enjoying long walks with our pup, Eevee.
