BookstaBundles will handle the time-consuming world of social media content creation, so you can focus on your next manuscript.

How this service works: At the start of an engagement, authors will be asked to provide a high-quality JPG or PNG file of their book cover and a description of their book. Being familiar with the plot and characters of your book helps BookstaBundles design accurate, engaging content for you to promote. BookstaBundles will also send a questionnaire to the author that must be returned before BookstaBundles begins design work. This questionnaire focuses on understanding your author brand and the design elements you use in your series’ graphics. BookstaBundles cannot begin designing until this information is returned by the author.
BookstaBundles commits to responding to any correspondence within one business day, Monday through Friday. The media package selected by the author will determine the length of the engagement. For example, once the author questionnaire is returned for the Media Blitz package, BookstaBundles will have the first mockups of the 5 custom images to the author within 4 business days. The author is encouraged to provide feedback on designs but must understand that any change requests will add additional time (at no cost) to the engagement.
A few more important items to note:
This is not a promotion service. BookstaBundles will create the images contracted through our engagement, but it is up to the author to post these images across their platforms.
BookstaBundles reserves the right to use any posts created in their portfolio.
BookstaBundles specializes in digital media. All digital designs are created in RGB color.
BookstaBundles is not a printing service.
Collaboration is key! BookstaBundles will send drafts and mockups of graphics for the author’s review and feedback. Tell us what you like and don’t like so we can make these graphics represent you and your book as best as possible.
A description of your book is required for BookstaBundles to understand its content and themes. The back cover copy works wonderfully.
BookstaBundles prides itself on offering low prices for excellent work. Tips are greatly appreciated.
BookstaBundles sends invoices via PayPal. PayPal allows users to pay invoices via PayPal, Venmo, or credit card. We do not accept physical checks.
For projects totaling $100 or more, BookstaBundles reserves the right to request a $50 deposit.
BookstaBundles reserves the right to bill for services once the first draft/mockup has been delivered to the client.
